A PTFE Lined Pipe is a stainless steel or carbon steel pipe lined on the inside with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) for resistance to chemical corrosion and high-purity contamination. The lining provides a protective barrier between the metal pipe wall and aggressive fluids, guaranteeing long service life, low maintenance, and secure chemical transfer. PTFE lined pipes are the best for conveying acids, alkalis, solvents, and other reactive liquids in aggressive industrial conditions and hence are a necessity in chemical plants, pharmaceutical units, and wastewater treatment plants.
